If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, You can contact us on our Whatsapp helpline number. We will discuss the cause. If no other solution is possible, you can return the product within 7 days of getting the delivery.
In cases when the refund is necessary for certain reasons such as size, shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs (to and fro) and handling charges (in case the order was Cash on Delivery) to return the goods.
In some cases, you may have to return (ship) the product on your own using a courier agency. We will issue the refund only after we get the product in untempered and unused condition. You need to keep the label safe in order for us to process your return. If you are returning a product because it had defects or was damaged, you need to provide ‘opening video’ as evidence to prove it.
