Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

How do you accept payment for prepaid orders?

You can make the payment through PayTm, PayUMoney, PhonePe, credit card/debit card and Direct Bank Transfer through net banking. On the checkout page, you can process your payment with PayUMoney – India’s more popular and secure payment gateway and made the payment using credit/debit card, PayTm wallet, net banking etc.

How do you ship products?

We work with courier agencies to ship the products in India and overseas. While shipping in India is free (unless otherwise stated on the product page), you will pay the shipping charges for overseas deliveries.

How long does the shipping take?

Your order is processed within 24-48 hours after we receive the payment online. You will be provided a tracking code shortly after we ship the product. You can visit the website of the concerned courier agency, type in your tacking code and know the status of the delivery. The estimated time of delivery is 4-7 working days (excluding holidays and weekends).

Do you provide refunds or exchange?

We sell good quality kurtis at a very marginal price and try our best to provide only the best quality products at a minimum possible price.
